Nika Short, LMFT
I believe in the corrective experience of a secure therapeutic relationship.
I provide individual, couple, and family therapy, using liberation-oriented, client-centered, trauma-informed, relational therapy. I work with people from all identities and with many different reasons for being in therapy. I aim to help clients access their own expertise and know themselves in ways that allow for increased flexibility in nervous system regulation and improved quality of life.
I also provide crisis response and trauma support to clients, families, and organizations. Small therapy dog in-training is sometimes present at the office.

Kristin Cherry Jackson, LMFT
I am excited to assist clients who are incorporating ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP) as part of their healing journey. I offer therapy services to clients who wish to use KAP to treat depression, PTSD, chronic pain, end-of-life fears, and other concerns.
Prior to dosing, a preparatory session allows you to reflect on your intentions for your KAP experience.
Following each dose, integration sessions are crucial to maximize the benefits of KAP, by enabling you to take full advantage of the window of neuroplasticity. During integration sessions, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a somatic therapy based on EMDR that is helpful for processing trauma, anxieties, and other known triggers.

I am supportive of clients who engage in all relationship styles (ENM, polyamory and monogamy) and work to be a supportive ally of LGBTQ+ communities and individuals.
I have over a decade of experience helping people, either with substance use or mental health disorders. My master’s degree is from Seattle Universities psychology program focused on existential approaches to psychotherapy. I also have a two-year technical degree in alcoholism and chemical dependency counseling from Edmonds College. In addition, I have certifications in Jungian psychotherapy and studies, as well as a certification in Psychedelic- Assisted Therapies and Research granted by California Institute of Integral Studies.
